So if the genus does not understand from its genus, so how does the servant of the Originator ('abd al-Bari') [understand] His command and His prohibition? So if you said: 'By His power,' so the answer: Indeed the power is ancient, so how does the originated (al-muhdath) understand from it? And the state is that the Arab does not understand from the non-Arab, and the Zanj [East African] does not understand from the Khazraji due to the variance of lineages and lands, while they are from a single genus.
