[301] And from it: And the trustworthy ones have transmitted from our Master the Commander of the Faithful that he said in a famous sermon,

heard by the entirety of those who were present and known by the people of intellect and investigation: "With me is the knowledge of the Hour, and to me the messengers indicated, and with my unification (tawhid) the books spoke." Until his saying: "I raised its sky, I flattened its earth, I anchored its mountains, and I made its rivers flow, and I caused its trees to grow, and I brought forth its fruits. I made its sun rise, and I illuminated its moon." Until his saying: "I created the creation, and I spread the provision. I am the Lord of Lords, and the Owner of Necks." Until his saying: "I sent the messengers, and I gave prophethood to the prophets."
