The Scholar said: "He has done that and called them to His oneness by power."

The questioner said: "And how is that?"

The Scholar said: "If the attribute of power belongs to the Capable, then it is upon the people to answer it from wherever it came, and to verify it however it manifested, even if the form differed. Because He does not manifest except by power and will."

The questioner said: "But we see the traces of power harmonized and the traces of persons differing."

The Scholar said: "Only the owner of this power is worshipped, to whom these differing persons belong."

The questioner said: "Was He with a veil before the creation?"

The Scholar said: "He was without a veil before the creation, and with a veil with the creation and after the creation, then there is no veil."
