And stood [in prayer] as much as one stands, standing without weariness,

And flew in the air, not seeking shelter in any land,

And dived into the sea, not fearing the wetness,

And lived a thousand years, pious,

Devoid of sin, protected from slipping,

And there was in his heart hatred for Haydarah (Ali),

The weight of a mustard seed - by the One, the Eternal! -

It would not benefit him on the Day of his Gathering,

If he did not take the Commander of the Faithful, Ali, as his master.

And it came in the book "Al-Qatrah": And the poet has done excellently where he said:

An earth contained him, and an earth was adorned

By him, until he walked in it and traversed it.

He is in the East just as he is in the West,

And in the earth just as in other than it.
