[259] And from it: That Gabriel - from him is peace - was sitting with the Messenger - majestic is his praise - so Ali entered, and Gabriel stood up for him. So the Messenger said: "Do you stand up for this youth?" So Gabriel said: "Yes, indeed he has upon me the right of teaching." So he said: "How is that teaching, O Gabriel?" So he said: "Allah created me and asked me: 'Who are you and what is your name, and who am I and what is my name?' So I became bewildered in returning the answer. Then this youth appeared in the realm of lights and taught me the answer, so he said: 'You are the Majestic Lord and Your name is Allah the Beautiful, and I am the lowly slave and my name is Gabriel.' So for this I stood up and honored him." So he - majestic is his praise - said: "How old are you, O Gabriel?" He said: "A star rises upon the Throne once every thirty thousand years, and I have witnessed it rising thirty thousand times."

So the Messenger of Allah said: "If you saw that star, would you recognize it?" He said: "And how would I not recognize it?" So he said: "O Ali, take the turban off your forehead." So when he uncovered it, he saw the star on the forehead of our Master.

Clarification (Idah): Whoever had Gabriel as one of his students, and the star shines on his forehead, and Abraham the Friend (al-Khalil) and al-Khidr are from his Shia, and his position to Muhammad is like the position of the soul to the body and the head to the torso, there is no doubt that he is the One, the Eternal Refuge (al-Ahad al-Samad).
