And I have touched the reality of that myself when I undertook a visit to the Supreme Ismaili Council in "Salamiyah" with some members of the Ja'fari Islamic Charitable Society as a delegation representing the mentioned society to connect with the Ismailis there and invite them to contribute with us
and join under the banner of the society to work in the field of the Ja'fari school of thought. And on that occasion, we verified that they do not practice the exoteric worships and prayers in the religious congregational mosques and places of worship at all. And when I discussed that with the president of the council, he answered me: "Thus we have taken instructions from our Supreme Imam and we consider that a text which we do not deviate from."
And like the Ismailis, no, rather more than them, are the Druze who said of the divinity of al-Hakim bi-Amr Allah the Fatimid and stopped at him. For these have manifested the abandoning of the exoteric worships to a degree with which they were considered outside the Islamic circle. As for us, the Khasibiyyah sect, the roots of our principles and our doctrine are the performing of the exoteric legislations. And our school of thought by which we worship and transact according to is the school of thought of Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq. And we consider that the exoteric to the esoteric is like the body to the soul, and the utterance to the meaning, and the fence to the orchard.
