And thus, in our doctrine, we the followers of Al-Khasibi, that the visible form "Ali" is the exoteric of the Essence, and the Essence, the impenetrable unseen, is the esoteric of this exoteric. Then does anyone gather all these secrets except the One, the Subduer (al-Qahhar).

[251] And from it: Then indeed the numbers of these two letters "Hiya" [She/It], and in it is the name of Ali by interpretation. And that is because the guardian (wali), his light is connected to the omnipotence (al-jabarut), because he is the face of the Living who does not die, and the guardian, there is no veil between him and Allah. And he is the secret and the veil, so the Greatest Name was specified in these three, which is the secret of the secret for whoever comprehended and called out. And it is an unseen that none perceives except the guardians (awliya'), because it is the exoteric of sanctification and the esoteric of purification and the secret of monotheism and the word of the Glorious Lord. Nay, rather he is the Deity of deities, the elevated in His majesty - majestic is his praise - up to its end.
