I am the master of the rain after the despair, here I am, so who is there like me."
Clarification and Elucidation (Idah wa Tabyin): From the saying of our Master - majestic is his praise - : "I am the reckoner of the creation," we understand that he is the Creator (al-Bari), by the evidence of the Almighty's saying: ["Indeed, to Us is their return. * Then indeed, upon Us is their account."] 1 And in his saying: "And whoever denies that I have in the earth a return after a return... etc." is an indication of his manifestations in the visible forms from Abel to the Commander of the Faithful, and other than them from the manifestations which are not counted. And the evidence of his divinity by his saying "I am the master of the wondrous signs, I am the knower of the secrets of the creations," is His saying, the Almighty, in His Quran: ["Say, 'The signs are only with Allah.'"] 2 , and His saying, Glorified be He: ["And Allah knows what you conceal and what you declare."] 3 .
