And indeed, my authority (wilayah) binds the people of the heaven just as it binds the people of the earth. And indeed, the angels study my virtue, and that is their glorification (tasbih) with Allah. O people, follow me, I will guide you to the straight path."
Who is the one whose authority binds the people of the heaven and the people of the earth? ["There the authority (wilayah) is for Allah, the Truth. He is best in reward and best in outcome."] 1 And from the mentioning of his virtue is the glorification of the angels: ["And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, glorifying their Lord with praise. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, 'Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds.'"] 2 , and the one who guides to the straight path: "Guide us to the straight path." And there is no wonder that he is the Forbearing Deity.
