I stop you at this word, and you have freedom in the answer and the belief to the saying, and Ali struck his hand upon the other and said: "Muhammad became the master of the sending [resurrection], and I became the master of the scattering. And Muhammad became the master of Paradise, and I became the master of the Fire, I say: take this and leave this. And Muhammad became the master of the quake, and I became the master of the thunderous crash. And I am the master of the Preserved Tablet, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) inspired me with the knowledge of what is in it. Yes, O Salman and O Jundab.

And Muhammad became (Ya-Sin and the Quran) up to his saying: And I became the seal of the legatees and the straight path, and I am the great news over which they are in disagreement."

Clarification (Idah): Our Master (exalted is his might) said: "And I am the master of the scattering," and Allah said in His Mighty Book: "And to Him is the scattering," and the pronoun in "to Him" refers back to Allah. And in the saying of our Master, "I am the great news over which they are in disagreement," is an indication that he is the Pre-existent Creator, by the evidence of the disagreement of the opinions and beliefs of humanity concerning Allah in His existence, just as they disagreed concerning the Commander of the Faithful in his manifestation. For among them is he who asserts the existence of Allah, and among them is he who asserts His non-existence, and among them is he who believes in His vision, and among them is he who negates it, and among them is he who worshipped Him through the sun, the planets, and the cow, and others through statues and various forms.
