[200] And from it: He also said: "Ask me about the secrets of the unseen things, for indeed I am the inheritor of the sciences of the prophets and the messengers."

[201] And from it: Muwaffaq bin Ahmad in his Musnad, on the authority of Abu al-Tufayl, who said: Ali bin Abi Talib (exalted be his might) said: "Ask me about the Book of Allah, for indeed there is not a verse except that I have known whether by night it was revealed or by day, or in a plain or in a mountain."

[202] And from it: And Ali (exalted be his might) said: "If the cushion were folded for me and I sat upon it, I would surely judge for the people of the Torah by their Torah, and for the people of the Gospel by their Gospel, and for the people of the Quran by their Quran."

[203] And from it: And in Al-Manaqib: "Ask me before you lose me, for by Allah, there is not a fertile land nor a barren land, nor a group that leads a group astray or guides a group, except that I know its leader, its driver, and its caller until the Day of Resurrection."
