[165] And from it: Ibn Hanbal transmitted in his Musnad and Al-Bayhaqi in his Sahih on the authority of Abu al-Hamra', who said: The Messenger of Allah (exalted be his might) said: "Whoever desires to look at Adam in his knowledge, at Noah in his determination, at Abraham in his forbearance, at Moses in his awe, and at Jesus in his asceticism, then let him look at Ali bin Abi Talib."

He who gathers the attributes of the prophets combined, there is no doubt that he is the Lord of the worlds.

[166] And from it: The Messenger of Allah (exalted be his might) said: "The title of the believer's record (sahifah) is the love of Ali bin Abi Talib."

[167] And from it: The Messenger of Allah (exalted be his might) said: "O people, do not complain about Ali, for he is the most rigorous in the essence (dhat) of Allah."

[168] And in another hadith: "Indeed, Ali is immersed (mamsus) in the essence of Allah."
