As we also ask those outwardists among the Muslims a question that uncovers the truth, we ask them saying: By your Lord, were it not that Allah, Glory be to Him, clarified in the Noble Quran that the crucifixion of the Messiah was only a resemblance, not a reality, would you not have believed in the correctness of the crucifixion based upon what came in the Gospel of the story of his killing, which the Christians still believe in despite of their belief in his divinity? Then why did the outwardists of the Muslims ignore what was narrated in the Mighty Book and what the Messenger—His might was mighty—and the immaculate Imams—His might was mighty—brought of that which points to The Esoteric (Al-Batin)? Have they not read His saying, the Exalted: [“And no one knows its interpretation except Allah. And those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it.

All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.”] 1 ?

And His saying, Glory be to Him: [“Rather, they have denied that which they encompass not in knowledge and whose interpretation has not yet come to them. Thus did those before them deny. Then see how was the end of the wrongdoers.”] 2 ? And His saying—Majestic and Exalted is He—:[“They know an outward aspect of the worldly life, but they, of the Afterlife, are heedless.] 3 ?
