The Verse: [“Everyone upon the earth will perish, And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.”] ¹

[136] Our Master (exalted be his might) stated in several exoteric sermons, one of which is found in the book Yanabi' al-Mawadda: "I am the Face of Allah."

[137] Ibn Abi al-Hadid mentioned in his Sharh Nahj al-Balagha: "I am the Face of Allah, His very Essence." Likewise, other commentators of the Quran have recorded similar statements.
