The Majestic Name "Allah" appearing after 'Aliyyuhu (عَلِيُّهُ) is an appositive (badal) for Ali, while the ha (الهَاءِ)—as previously mentioned—refers back to the relative pronoun man (مَنْ) occurring before the word awfa.
❖ From Surah Al-Hujurat ❖
The First Verse: [“O you who have believed, do not put [yourselves] before Allah and His Messenger but fear Allah. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Knowing.”] 1
This is a prohibition for the believers against imitating those who used to manifest Islam while concealing the opposite, by accepting or rejecting, and speaking in the presence of our Master, the Commander of the Faithful—Exalted is His might—and the Greatest Messenger—Exalted is His might—without esteem or respect. For the term qaddama (قَدَّمَ) carries the meaning of taqaddama (تقدم) — one who "advances before" his father is one who rushes to command and prohibit in his stead.
