People will see them in the eighth appearance—the appearance of unveiling and declaration—so they will recognize them by comparison to what they have seen and touched of them in the past.

The Verse: [“And do not invoke with Allah another deity. There is no deity except Him. Everything will be destroyed except His Face (Wajh). To Him belongs the judgment, and to Him you will be returned.”] 1
Our master the Commander of the Faithful—Exalted is His might—often declared in his sermons by saying, "I am the Face of Allah."
[87] It came in the book Irshad al-Qulub, tracing it to Muhammad bin Thabit, who said: "The Messenger of Allah—Exalted is His might—said to Ali—Exalted is His might: 'And I am the Messenger of Allah and the one who conveys from Him, and you are the Face of Allah'," etc.
