[85] “As for his informing of the unseen, it is voluminous, and these are great miracles indicating his Imamate—Exalted is His might—because it was not facilitated for anyone from the nation of Muhammad other than Ali—Exalted is His might. (Among them) is that when the pledge of allegiance was given to him at Dhi Qar, he—Exalted is His might—said: 'There will come to you from the direction of Kufa one thousand men, neither decreasing by a man nor increasing by a man, pledging allegiance unto death, the last of them being Uways al-Qarani.'”
