In my belief, if there were nothing in the Book of Allah other than this verse, it would have been sufficient to prove the manifestation of the Deity (al-Ilah) in a visible form, and that He is our master Asif, who is the Commander of the Faithful, Ali, in essence. This does not mean that there are no other evidences in the Book of Allah as strong as the content of this verse; not at all. Rather, there are many, many evidences that match the evidence of this verse in strength and clarity, which the reader will encounter through studying the chapters of this treatise.

Let the brother reader know, based on what we have presented to him previously, that we believe the Creator, Glory be to Him, manifested to His creation in human form. Among His manifestations is His appearance as our master Asif—Exalted is His might—and his position in relation to our master Sulayman bin Dawud, according to the exoteric appearance (hasab al-zahir), was that he was his vizier and the trustee of his secret. And when the Master Sulayman sent the hoopoe to Yemen, accompanied by a letter from him to the Queen of Yemen, the Lady Bilqis, containing the demand for her and her aides to come to him compliant and obedient.
