[84] And the evidence for that is what was reported in the aforementioned chapter from the address of the Creator to Musa—Exalted is His might—where He said: “Behold, I am making a covenant before all your people. I will perform wonders that have not been created in all the earth and in all the nations. So all the people among whom you are will see the work of the Lord. Indeed, that which I am doing with you is awesome.”

Just as the word Sayyid (Master)—who is the Lord—after removing the definite article al- from it, equals twenty-six in the minor numerical calculation (al-jummal al-saghir). And in this is an allusion to the word "Ali," the name of our master without a definite article, to which the same number applies.
