The Ninth Verse: [“And when the bearer of good tidings arrived, he cast it over his face, and he returned [to being] seeing. He said, 'Did I not tell you that I know from Allah that which you do not know?'”] 1
Indeed, his sight returned to our master Ya'qub in response to the command of his Mawla, the Knowing Guardian and the Best of Accommodators. And why did this return [of sight] not happen for him while he is the prophet of his time and is in need of none but his Mawla? Why did that not happen for him before our master Yusuf gave his definitive command, issued his divine will, and sent his luminous shirt?
The Tenth Verse: [“And he raised his parents upon the throne, and they bowed to him in prostration.”] 2
And in this lies the crux of the matter (bayt al-qasid). Had there been no other affirmative evidence besides it, it would have sufficed to prove the visible form (al-surah al-mar'iyyah).
