The Conclusive and Powerful Argument In Proving the Manifestation of the Originator in a Visible Form - Sheikh Kamil Hatim

Indeed, we, the followers of the Master Abu Abdullah al-Khasibi—peace be upon him—believe that the Creator, Exalted is He, as I have previously mentioned, manifested from the dome (qubbah) of Adam until the Muhammadan dome in seven manifestations. He was named with seven names “for identification” (li-l-ta'rif), out of justice from Him towards His creation and to bring them familiarity. And among the totality of these manifestations is that He appeared in the form of Yusuf bin Ya'qub (Joseph the son of Jacob), while He is too exalted for names and forms. And what the Quran mentioned regarding the vision of the prostration of the stars, the sun, and the moon to him is a conclusive proof that he is the Worshipped Eternal (al-Azal al-Ma'bud). And the Creator, Exalted is He, mentions in another verse of His Book that the prostration of the planets, the sun,

and the moon is only to Him—exalted is His praise. He—sublime is His remembrance—said: [“Do you not see that to Allah prostrates whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth, and the sun, the moon, the stars, the mountains, the trees, the moving creatures and many of the people? But upon many the punishment has been justified. And he whom Allah humiliates - for him there is no bestower of honor. Indeed, Allah does what He wills.”] 1 And from the comparison between the two verses, the truth appears pristine and clear to whoever gives ear while he is a witness.

The Second Verse: [“So when she heard of their scheming, she sent for them and prepared for them a banquet and gave each one of them a knife and said [to Joseph], 'Come out before them.' And when they saw him, they greatly admired him and cut their hands and said, 'Perfect is Allah! This is not a man; this is none but a noble angel.'”] 2
