The correctness of this explanation is proven by what occurs in the following verse by His saying, Glory be to Him: [“To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High (Al-Ali), the Most Great.”] 1 . Look, then, O discerning brother, at how the Lord adduced the word “Al-Ali”, which uncovered the meaning of “‘Ayn, Sīn, Qāf” and verified the correctness of my explanation of it according to this sublime meaning that Allah the Exalted has favored me to discern.

And Hā, Mīm, ‘Ayn, Sīn, Qāf (حم عسق) can be approached from another angle: if we join the Qāf (ق) from its end to the Hā’ (ح) from its beginning, and place the Mīm (م) between the ‘Ayn (ع) and the Sīn (س), it yields the meaning of the truth of “‘A-M-S” (عمس). This means that the ‘Ayn (ع)—which symbolizes Ali (علي), the Meaning (al-Ma'na)—the Mīm (م)—symbolizing Muhammad (محمد), the Name (al-Ism)—and the Sīn (س)—symbolizing Salman (سلمان), the Gate (al-Bab)—are truth; signifying an oath of estimation: (And by the truth of ‘Amas / وحق عمس).
