And we, along with our belief in manifestation (al-tajalli), elevate that manifestation in form far above physical anthropomorphism (al-tajsim) and purify it from the manifestations of incapacity. We believe that the image is for us and the incapacity rests within us, just as the capability belongs to Him, the Exalted, due to its variance from our capability—since our capability is partial and borrowed, while His capability is universal and absolute.

And whatever seemed to appear from Him of the manifestations of incapacity was of the nature of the miraculous, since displaying incapacity by the Capable One is itself a capability, by virtue of His turning the hearts and eyesights.
