not from His perspective—Majestic is His praise—and it is of the nature of the fluctuation of hearts and eyesights, not of the nature of generation (huduth) or change within the Essence of the Mighty, the Compeller. Meaning, that witnessing occurred in accordance with the ability of the seer, and the incapacity and deficiency are situated within the eyesights of the onlookers.

And to bring an example of that: the sun is seen by the eye as small, while in its own right it is massive, many times the size of the earth. The cause for its being seen as small returns to the looking eyes, not to the sun in its nature and reality. To this, one of the poets indicates by his saying:

The eyesights deem the body of the sun to be small,

Yet the fault belongs to the eye, not to the sun regarding smallness.
