and the negation of His attributes is His separation from His creations, so sanctified is He Whom the directions do not contain Him, and the years do not take Him, and His fabrications do not attempt Him, and the times do not alternate Him, and the indications do not show Him, and the mercy does not relate Him, to Him belongs the meaning of lordship when there was no lorded over, and the meaning of divinity when there was no deified, and the meaning of the Knower when there was no known, and the meaning of the Creator when there was no creature, and the interpretation of hearing when there was no heard, there is no deity except He, the Hearing, the Knowing, the High, the Magnificent, so glory be to Him from a High, how named He is, and glory be to Him from a High, how elevated He is, I praise Him upon what He specified us of His Gnosis, and I thank Him. upon what He bestowed upon us of His abundant blessing, a praise without expiration for its span and no depletion for its number, and prayer and peace be upon His invented name from the light of the Essence and the location of the names and the attributes, his [Meem] the intended, from whom the needs are requested, and his example, to whom from him the indications are known,
