[10] He said: Al-Muhallabi narrated to us on the authority of al-Hasan bin al-Mundhir and Muhammad bin Abdillah al-Karkhi, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ali, on the authority of bin Sinan, on the authority of our master al-Sadiq, transcended his might, that he said: "The believer is connected to the Wali, and the Wali is connected to God, so whoever obeyed a Wali has already obeyed God and whoever pleased a believer has already pleased God, and whoever followed a Wali has already fraternized with the believer," then he recited: [Your Wali is only God and His Messenger and those who have believed] ¹ .

Meaning the following of the Wali, and the Awliya are the gates, and the Imam establishes the gate, and the gate designates the gate. Just as the Imam designates the Imam, and the gate is followed by the believers, and they validate each other regarding their brothers.

[11] And it was narrated on his authority, transcended his might, that he said: "The believer is rarer than the red sulfur, and if he said to the mountain 'move', it would move."
