then he brings upon them of the prophetic reports and the philosophical narrations that which suits them and by which their insight grows strong and by which their ears open, then he makes them recognize what is mandatory upon them of the fulfillment of the trust, and the abandonment of betrayal, and the love of each of them for one another in God, Mighty and Majestic is He.

And he makes them recognize that the most upright of deeds and the most majestic of actions is the inspection of their brothers and the disposal of their affairs, and that they do not oppose for them a saying and do not disobey for them a command, so he does not cease elevating them degree after the degree, and the status after the status, until he perceives from them the maturity and the purpose is reached in them, then after that.

He tests them after the documented covenants and the confirmed oaths, so if they were patient upon that and accepted it a good acceptance, and it became depicted in their minds and represented before their eyes, he elevated them to the high degree and the lofty rank after the consultation of the Imam and whoever follows him of the believing, Gnosis-knowing ones.
