So we already knew from the speech of our master, transcended his might, and the speech of the people of his Shiah, from them be peace, and the masters after them, that every time and moment is not vacant of believing, Gnosis-knowing, Monotheist, knowing, acting peoples with what is mandatory upon them and for them, and it is inevitable for them to have intrusive, claiming, temporary-deposit peoples who are neither knowing nor acting, but rather the argument was already left against them.

As for the Gnosis-knowing scholars regarding whose right God said: [And you see the mountains, thinking them rigid, while they pass as the passing of the clouds ] 1 and that is because there is a knowing man near a people who do not know his right, so God transfers him from among them to a people other than them, so he is a mercy upon whom he was transferred to them and a punishment upon whom he was transferred from them, and he is the moving mountain from place to place.
