He says that the months are renowned (mashhurah) by virtue of the manifestation of the [Sublime] 1 , All-Knowing One, His glory is magnificent, [and they are twelve veils] 2 .
These are the veils of the Imams, majestic is their glory, and their stations. Of these, "four are sacred"—meaning it is forbidden (muharram) for anyone who has recognized the manifestation of the Commander of the Faithful, His glory is magnificent, with true recognition and has affirmed His oneness and singularity, [to recognize] the personages after Him, who are the twelve. He said: The Meaning within [the personages] is One; so whoever worships one person to the exclusion of another, or one station to the exclusion of another, has disbelieved and associated partners with God.
[36]The wise [Muhammad ibn Sinan] 3 , peace be upon him, said: I heard the Knower, His glory is magnificent, say: "When God, Mighty and Majestic, created [creation] 4 ,
