The Small Spiritual World is likewise divided into seven ranks:

The Near-Stationed (al-Muqarrabūn)

The Cherubim (al-Karūbiyyūn)

The Spirituals (al-Rūḥāniyyūn)

The Sanctified (al-Muqaddasūn)

The Wayfarers (al-Sā’iḥūn)

The Listeners (al-Mustami‘ūn)

The Followers (al-Lāḥiqūn)

As for the Mixed Human World (al-Mizājī), the order of people within it consists of seven ranks:

The Muslims (al-Muslimūn)

The Believers (al-Mu’minūn)

The Gnostics (al- ‘Ārifūn)

The Scholars (al- ‘Ālimūn)

The Certain (al-Mūqinūn)

The Purified (al-Mukhallāṣūn)

The Deferred (al-Mu’ajjilūn)
