and the goal of the station of the Knowers among the people of temperament. It is the "surmounting of the steep pass" (iqtiham al- عقبة), which is hearing the Supreme Secret in the station of those drawn near to the Greatest Orphan, through whom the necks of those traveling toward God Almighty are freed from the slavery of servitude to other than the Truth; and therein, the traveler witnesses the star of the Greatest Orphanhood setting beneath the moon of the Lote Tree of the Furthest Boundary (Sidrat al-Muntaha), and witnesses the Supreme Sun setting into the light of the Meaning—may His glory be exalted.

I have said regarding this in verse:

That is the Pilgrimage which, if you attain it,

You have attained a Hajj not reached by camels.

So understand that which has been indicated to you, and do not stop at the outward expression.
