[101] Just as our Master, the Commander of the Faithful, His glory is mighty, said to Uways al-Qarani: "O Uways, if the Power were other than Him, we would have said that He was incapable until He created the Power and thereby became powerful."

[102] And the Scholar, His glory is mighty, said in the "Book of Al-Asous": "He is Power in His entirety, Knowledge in His entirety, First in His entirety, Last in His entirety, Inward in His entirety, Manifest in His entirety. And indeed, these names and attributes are removed from Him through the witnessed veils, and are descended upon another than Him.

And the Master Ibrahim Mustafa said in his treatise "The Treasury of the Knotted" [Khizanat al-Ma'qud]: "All epochs belong to Allah, and at every time and hour the manifestation of your Master to His creation is continuous by way of absolving justification and warning, but the creation is in ignorance of Him. And know that His power—the Most High—encompasses existence; His being is never absent from any domain. His absence is a radiant dawning, and His radiant dawning is an absence."

Al-Makrun said in his poetic compendium [Diwan]:
