who is neither described, nor limited, nor measured, just as He, the Most High, said: {They made not a just estimate of Allah such as is due to Him.} 1
And as for the power upon which fall a limit, an end, and a description: it is the power of the originated entity which the Originator brought into existence, establishing for it justification, warning, and conveyance, and making it a cause for the salvation of its world, which is the prime of its origination; and that is because it is the Gate [Al-Bab], and it is the prime origination of the higher world, and through it and from it is the organization of degrees and stations.
And as for the power whose existence is from a commanding and forbidding matter: it is the power of the possessors of stations and degrees whom Allah, Majestic and Exalted, made submissive to the Gate; so by his command they act and call out, just as He,
