The one who attains it is neither veiled by creation from the Truth, nor by the Truth from creation; neither by multiplicity from unity, nor by unity from multiplicity. Rather, he witnesses multiplicity within the very essence of unity, and unity within the very essence of multiplicity. He witnesses the Truth, the Exalted, manifest within the loci of manifestation (al-mazahir), for he witnesses no manifest reality without its locus.

And it is followed by the Station of the Singular, Eternal Manifestation (Manzilat al-Tajalli al-Samadani al-Watari):

Know, O guided seeker and soaring wayfarer, that this singular, eternal manifestation—whose specific essence remains unknown, concealed beneath the cloak of divine protection—is the ultimate fruit of the lifetimes of the verified masters among the people of the path of Allah. Do you not see that it is the most illustrious station, and few are those who have ever attained it? For this reason, you will not find any of the verified masters who has openly enacted it or spoken of it. Verily, the path to it is arduous, the contemplative vision is immense, and it is among the highest and most sublime of spiritual secrets.
