As for the one who is realized through both the Truth and creation (al-mutahaqqiq bi-al-Haqq wa-al-khalq), he is the one who sees that every absolute aspect in existence has a face turned toward restriction, and every restricted aspect has a face turned toward the absolute. Rather, he views all existence as a single reality, which possesses an absolute face and a face restricted by every limitation. Whoever witnesses this station through direct spiritual tasting (dhawqan) becomes realized through the Truth, creation, annihilation (al-fana'), and permanent subsistence (al-baqa').

The Method of the Seekers (Minhaj al-Raghibin): As for the gathering of gathering (jam' al-jam') and true erasure (al-mahw al-haqiqi), it is the annihilation of multiplicity within unity. As for the mirror of the two presences—meaning the presence of Necessity (al-wujub) and Possibility (al-imkan)—it is the Perfect Human (al-insan al-kamil). This is likewise the case for the mirror of Divinity, for it is the locus of manifestation for the Essence along with all the Names, the intermediary for the outpouring of grace (al-fayd) and spiritual assistance, and the link between the Truth and creation due to its affinity with both sides,
