and the One is other than the limited. And the attributes and names all indicate upon the perfection and existence which is the Triad and the Tetrad, and that is from Allah alone to the exclusion of His creation, because Allah is perceived through the names and attributes, and He is not perceived through limitation, length, width, paucity, or abundance, and nothing of that is permitted to dwell within Allah; but Allah may be pointed to, and His attributes perceived through His names, and He is guided to through His creation.

[75] And from the Book of "The Proof of the Gnostic" [Hujjat al-Arif], the Master Abu Shu'ayb, from him be peace, said: Every form you have witnessed is Allah by its attribution to the Power, and it is not Allah by its attribution to the form. So when the Power manifests, the form becomes void; thus the Mim falls upon what you have witnessed, and Allah falls upon the Eternal, who is distinct from the originated.

And the Sheikh said in the jurisprudence of his treatise: Indeed, the Meaning is above the Name by the reality of the Power.
