A Question: What is the transaction (sifqah) of the Gate and the qualified one (al-mu'ahhal) within the Bābī horizons?
The Answer: When the Meaning (al-Ma'na) willed, He caused the Name, Muhammad b. 'Abdullah, to absent Himself, so He became a Creator (Fatir). It is said that al-Hasan is a Mīm, while Salman was the Gate (al-Bab), the transaction was a ship—which is Qays—and the qualified one was Rashid al-Hajari.
A Question: Concerning the holy tradition (al-Hadith al-Qudsi): "Verily, the heavens and the earth could not contain Me, but the heart of My believing servant contained Me"?
The answer was given in its commentary by the Shaykh 'Abd al-Karim Muhammad: "The heavens" refer to the manifestations of the noble Gate; "the earth" is the station of the Orphan; "the believing servant" is the Supreme Name; and "his heart" is his eternity. From one perspective, "the heavens" here denote the primary initiation towards the increase of the abundant effusion, and from another perspective, "the earth" is an allusion to the known and famous incapacity." From another perspective, "the believing servant" denotes: "the perfection that synthesizes both sides." From another perspective, "the heavens" are: "the luminous manifestations in their entirety.
