[248] It was also narrated that Yahya b. Ma'in al-Samiri—who is the third chief (naqib) in the era of the Master Abu Shu'ayb, peace be upon him—was asked concerning His saying, the Exalted: {Exalted is He who took His servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa} 1 .
The answer was: "Exalted is He" refers to the Master Muhammad; "took His servant by night" refers to Salman; "from al-Masjid al-Haram" means from Muhammad b. 'Abdullah; "to al-Masjid al-Aqsa" refers to al-Hasan al-'Askari; "whose surroundings We have blessed" refers to the Orphans; and "took him by night" means by way of manifestation and honoring.
