presents examples for the people, and Allah is Knowing of all things} 1 , so the light, which is the Greatest Intellect and the most radiant clarification, is not other than Allah, nor aside from Him.
[62] And Aristotle, His glory is mighty, said: The intellectual one is the bearer of the form, and the form is a bearer moving by the intellect, and his saying is in the heart, and his judgment is in the rest of the bodily members and the senses like the tent of the king within which he resides; it is not except in the midst of the army to manage its right flank, its left flank, its front, and its rear, so he places everything in its completion. Thus, whenever an accident veils the intellect, deficiency enters upon the rest of the senses by the measure of that accident. As for when rust veils the innate, born intellect, man does not acquire a new, existing intellect nor experience, and deficiency is closer to him than increase.
