and the most deserving of secrets of safeguarding is your secret with your master and his secret with you. And know that whoever exposes is exposed, and whoever discloses has indeed permitted his own blood. O you who have approached the side of Majesty, preserve what you have known and conceal what you have been entrusted with, and know that you have been gained for a matter, so be perceptive of it, and do not accept for yourself to be a traitor. For whoever does not fulfill the trust in what he was entrusted with is the most worthy of people of the trait of treason and the most deserving of people of banishment and humiliation. Do not treat the general public, in what Allah has blessed you with of knowledge, as you treat the elite.

And know that for Allah, Glory be to Him, there are men whom He entrusted with hidden secrets and prevented them from broadcasting them.
