[5]The wise Buzurjmihr the Persian said: "If Allah is the most sublime of things, then the knowledge of Him is from the most sublime of sciences, because the knowledge of Allah in reality is from the most sublime of cognitions and the most profitable of trades by establishing its obligations and fortifying its conditions; so upon you, O seeking, insightful brother, who is prepared for the overflowing of the flourishing emanation the adherence to the scholar-gnostics¹ of Allah who have reached [attainment], and the refinement with their manners, and the characterization with their ethics, and the good journeying upon their methodologies, and the bearing of what they cast upon you of the knowledge of Allah with sincerity, and guard what you have been entrusted with of their secrets, and be upright as you have been commanded, there will overflow upon you from the flashes of mercy and the jewels of wisdom the rays of unveiling and acceptance, and the light of the favor and attainment, and Allah the Exalted is the Granter of success."
