and upon the people of the degrees of His holiness, the great world and the small world, indeed He is Powerful over what He wills, High, Great.

As for what follows:

O noble brother, understanding scholar, and wayfarer upon the straight path; Allah sustained your days with glory, and made your abode in Paradise, and sustained your permanence in His [Gnosis], and caused you to reach your purpose and your desire, and increased your happiness, and brought near your distance, and sustained your guidance, and suppressed your enviers, and He expands your lifespan, and causes you to attain your hopes, and connects your rope, and delivers you from the shirt of humanity [al-Nāsūt], and raises you to the enclosures of the kingdom [al-Malakūt], and may Allah make me a servant and a helper to you, and a confronter to your enemies, by the right of my master Noah and Adam, indeed He is Generous, Kind, High, Great.
