And in another place: {Then when Moses had completed the term and was traveling with his family, he perceived a fire from the side of the mount. He said to his family, "Stay here; indeed, I have perceived a fire. Perhaps I will bring you from it some information or a burning ember from the fire that you may warm yourselves" * But when he came to it, he was called from the right side of the valley in the blessed spot - from the tree, "O Moses, indeed I am Allah, Lord of the worlds"}.

So he witnessed Him according to this attribute, drew near to Him, became comforted by Him, and heard His speech, then Moses requested to see Him in the form of omnipotence and majesty, so Moses said: "My Lord, show me that I may look at You." But the Lord prevented him from looking at Him in His entirety, and that he is neither capable of nor could bear what he requested; so He said: {You will not see Me, but look at the mountain; if it should remain in its place, then you will see Me." But when his Lord manifested to the mountain, He made it level, and Moses fell unconscious}; meaning he perished, he and the seventy prophets who were with him, {And when he awoke, he said, "Exalted are You! I have repented to You, and I am the first of the believers"}.
