that it be of a kind, that it be without an opposite, that it be internal, that it be capable while not being overpowered, and that it be external to what is witnessed of it in essence; for that is the confirmation of Monotheism [Tawḥīd].

[[The Wisdom of Transmission and Relation to Place]]

Then the scholar said: "And it remains upon you, O questioner, to know transmission and relation to places; and that is because He was and there was no place, and nothing with Him, then He created the thing, so He is within it, and if His relation were not within a thing, it would be obligatory that He be within a thing, and that He be recognized by a relation, a movement, a place, and a transmission."

Thus the books arrived, and the messenger prophets—upon them be peace—informed that His Throne was upon the water, then He shifted to the heaven, then He shifted to the earth; so He is not related to a single location.

And indeed transmission is a wisdom, and that He be related through it; because it was established in wisdom and equity for the addressing, the command, and the prohibition, and that He be recognized by the relation of place."
