neither the believers nor the disbelievers knew Him except when the miracles, signs, and dazzling powers manifested from Him in the earth and the heavens.

And indication and de-anthropomorphism became correct for the believers among the angels who were manifest with Him during His manifestation, and they are the luminous world, for He did not invert their sights, nor did their thoughts change, nor did His affair become confusing to them during His manifestation, so the believers deemed Him transcendent, and He made them know that He does not eat and does not drink, nor does He have a wife or children, and they deemed Him transcendent above encompassing and perception, and above names, attributes, and visible forms.

And they said: "Indeed, Allah manifests in the small of creation and their great; to establish the proof upon the servants, and due to their need for Him, not due to His need for them; so that the manifestation is established and the witnessing becomes correct, and indeed the manifestation is the hiddenness, and the hiddenness is the manifestation."
