THE INTRODUCTION

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Praise is to Allah and it suffices, and prayers and peace be upon my master Muhammad, the Chosen, and his Family and his Companions whom He chose, and Allah sanctifies the believers whom He selected.

Thereafter: One who possesses the most complete standing and the highest degree asked me about reincarnation: is it a correct creed or not? And did the Book and the Sunnah affirm it or not? That was in the year two thousand and nineteen AD, corresponding to the year one thousand four hundred and forty-one AH, and the question was on the social media platform Facebook. I agreed to the answer, especially since we are among those accused of the creed of reincarnation, and that we, the Alawite Muslims, are the only ones who believe in it and have faith in it, and that some of our sons are among those who deny it and declare as a disbeliever the one who professes it. So, I suggested to the inquirer that I take him on a tour through the gardens of the beliefs of peoples around the world to investigate what they say regarding the creed of reincarnation, and that it be organized into chapters, and for each chapter, there are its own arguments, and we shall strive to achieve that by the help of Allah and His strength.

And during the writing of these chapters on Facebook, Brother and Sheikh Ghazwan Hilal suggested that these chapters be collected in a booklet along with the arguments and the responses.
