Such an incident would be a message for you and a mercy from God. As for the rest of the souls, they remain in their state of rejection because they have not accepted the concept of reincarnation.
THE TWELFTH CHAPTER
"REINCARNATION IN ISLAM (1)"
We shall read a number of Quranic verses through the lens of the reincarnationists, who interpreted their words with meanings they presented as the true objectives. We leave it to the reader’s mind to take a position that aligns with their own convictions. We begin with the Almighty’s saying:
{We have decreed death among you, and We are not to be outrun; that We may exchange your likes and produce you in that which you do not know. And you have already known the first creation, so will you not remember?} 1
The reincarnationists said that the first-person plural pronoun "We" refers to God—Exalted is His Might—who states that death for all creatures is a creative decree, established without being preceded by a prior example.
