And Al-Sayyid Al-Mukzun said in one of his poems:
How many a body have I been ripened in the fire of its abandonment
She replaces it for me with a new one for my wretchedness
And he said:
If our Creator, Exalted is He,
Had no will regarding us
The forms of what He manifested
Would not have differed, nor accepted an increase
And they would not have appeared, then transformed,
Then had a return recur for them
And he said:
Our passing, with the constancy of our Giver,
Decrees the return of bounty within His gift
And that would be deficient—and Majestic is our Creator—
That stinginess should be from His nature
