and the magnitude of Your Divinity": He intended by this great oath upon his Meaning to affirm through his speech and his testimony the Eternal Divine Reality. Our Lord answered his request and honored his oath; so our Lord hid [the physical form] they used to see of the human image, and manifested for them a Light that is not limited, which they could not bear to look upon nor perceive. They all fell prostrate before Him, thunderstruck, affirming His Oneness and confessing [His divinity]. There occurred to them the loss of their senses and spirits as previously mentioned. When they recovered, those from the "Germ of Faith" (Jurthumat al-Iman) increased in faith, while those from the "Germ of Disbelief" increased in delusion, satanism, disbelief, and tyranny. So Exalted is the High Lord, the Capable, the First, the Last, the Hidden, the Manifest, the Seizer, the Resurrector.
And He is exalted far above that, with a great loftiness. So, contemplate, O refined master and virtuous, intelligent one, the testimony of our Master the Messenger—Glorified be His Might—and his explicit declaration of the Divine Reality (Ma'nawiyya) of our Lord the Commander of the Bees—Glorified be His Might—and all that he pointed to regarding Him, and his guidance toward his Lord from the Great Quran, as an instruction from him to us that every indication and testimony in the Wise Quran concerning the Oneness (Tawhid) of Allah the Exalted is intended to refer to the Commander of the Bees—Glorified be His Might.
