and I shall return you to the recognition of that which is eternal, an end without span, and a reach without limit—all of its existence in both states being by the will of the Willer and its implementation by the determination of the Destroyer. Hubaba said: "O my Lord, when will it be possible for Your maidservant to [attain] what You have depicted of the time You described, according to the reality of what You stated, so that she may have a return to informing You of what You have known before the formation of Your knowledge? For indeed, the knowledge and estimation of that has become far from me and from all Your creation, except by Your grace at Your will."

Then she said: "O my Lord, and in all of that, were Your personages present and witnessed?" He said: "Yes, O Hubaba, in that they were, and in what was before that, and before the 'before' of there being a 'before' named 'before,' and likewise it shall be after and after the "after" of there being an "after" before the name "after." Do you understand, O Hubaba?" She said: "O my Lord, indeed You are eternal [Azaliyyun] and do not cease, and permanent and are not annihilated. So were You [present] with these names of Yours, or with names and forms that are similar?" He said: "O Hubaba, with these names of Ours, and with these forms of Ours; We do not change nor do We cease from Our essence.
